We have discovered that some guests who made reservations at Super Hotel Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi via Expedia may have received messages directing them to phishing sites.

As of Wednesday, May 22, 2024, there have been no reports of damage to customers, but if you receive a message with a URL link directing you to a phishing site using Expedia's messenger function, please be careful not to access the attached URL link.


*A "phishing site" is a fake website that poses as a real website in order to steal personal and financial information using fraudulent methods.
