----------------------------------------
Thank you for your continued patronage of Super Hotel Yokkaichi Ekimae (Yokkaichi, along National Route 1).
As we previously announced, the record-breaking heavy rains that occurred in Mie Prefecture on September 12th caused flooding in our hotel, resulting in significant damage to electrical equipment and elevators.
We would like to inform you that partial service has been restored through restoration efforts.
Until yesterday, telephone lines were down, but they have now been restored and calls are now accepted.
Although telephone connections are now available, there may be occasional disruptions due to the large number of calls we receive.
However, we have not yet determined when in-house Wi-Fi and guest room TV subscriptions (Netflix, etc.) will be restored. Additionally, elevators are showing signs of recovery, but it is difficult to provide a timeline for when they will be restored.
We apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
